c: What’s your default coffee order?
Georgia: Black filter coffee in any form. I’m really not particular, make it taste good, balanced and juicy and i’m with you.
c: Tell me a story about one of your greatest first sips.
Georgia: I almost have no memory of a specific coffee drinking experience before going to Guatemala. I had been in the Specialty industry for no more than a year and visited a farm whose coffee I had been serving back in Australia. I was in the family’s home eating breakfast with them and drinking their coffee whilst looking out over the farm. That’s when I knew there was no going back, my life had changed.
c: I walk into a coffee shop, I see you, what are you most likely wearing?
Georgia: Oh man!! Basics!! Solid black jeans, black boots of some form (doc martins, biker boots, cowboy boots etc) a black or white tee, leather jacket and a backwards cap.
c: Coffee culture is bigger than coffee, its about humanity. What message would you like to send to humanity this day?
Georgia: Acceptance, of ourselves, others and our place in the world.
c: What ‘day’ is next on your calendar that you want the world to know about?
Georgia: October 18th. I’ll be at Treasure Island Music Festival.
