When coffee is pretty it draws in the eye, a crucial visual for beginning coffee drinkers to be endeared to the complexity of coffee.
When the coffee taste as good as it looks, it comforts the drinker with the idea that something beautiful as ounces of espresso and milk can give them pleasure.

This tasted like cranberries off the vine, as if plated in a ceramic bowl, except in a cup. Its sweetness was like a heaping spoon of whipping cream, the kind a dessert menu adds to its flight of pies elevating the experience to an à la mode.

This à la mode moment continued with faint slivers of cocoa sprinkles balancing out minute punches of acidity.

This is a coffee project gone well.
