new shop, let’s go
I don’t know how to count the ways of how much I love it here at Paramount Cofeee Project, Downtown, LA
Do I start with it’s open faced greeting that tumbled out onto a pedestrian sidewalk; do I look up to its high ceilings and revel in how my thoughts have room to fly, do I talk about how the shapes in the floor design take me back to geometry class when all I wanted to do was make right angles, or do I talk about how the current multi-roaster shop has on its custom menu a walnut espresso bread that had me – sorry mom – licking the back of the fork to not leave any mascarpone behind.
Maybe I just say all of that because all of THAT is why you should get your eyes and palate down here.
