This flagship location of The Boy & The Bear located in Redondo Beach goes by the moniker of The Black Store. Inside, its decor reigns black. with lush greens setting a glam mood off Pacific Coast Highway.
Sets of benches at its North side cater to customers waiting for a to-go coffee or lingering outside, while baristas on the interior pull a menu of classic coffees. The best coffee I’ve tasted at this location and across the brand is a con panna – the Italian beverage that includes a shot of espresso topped with whipped cream.
