Every coffee is a story. A story means that a subject has a journey, a protagonist with a unique point of view. Coffee is the protagonist in the story of Finca Siberia – a 100% Bourbon grown (1500-1600 MASL – in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range – from a husband and wife, man and woman : two sides in a tin.
One look is washed, yielding cranberry and citrus. And another is natural, producing orange blossom and black tea. Two sides of a cherry as different as they want to be.
