“People begin to arrive as early as 4 a.m. and it’s lights, music, espresso.”

Folks, that’s about all the action one could need when inside of a creamery, right? Well, almost.  These three make the possibility of what I feel is one of coffee culture’s greatest couples – a shot of spro and ice cream – also popularly known as affogato. My sister, who hates coffee, now loves an affogato. I’m glad she trusted me. If you haven’t tried it, pay a visit a local creamery where coffee is also part of the menu: order up, thank me later.  cde
