Eighteen competitors joined the brethren of twenty from Day 1 for the second day of the Barista Guild and Specialty Coffee Association of America’s Big Central Competition for the 2013-2014 United States Coffee Championship occurred at the Upper Cut Boxing Gym in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
