c: What’s your default coffee order?

Toni: Cappuccino iced or hot depending on the weather.

c: Tell me a story about one of of your greatest first sips.

Toni: On a trip to Paris, the cafe across from my friend’s apartment. It was run by an Algerian family. The father & two sons all wanted to talk to me about what I should do & see that day. They made the best cafe au lait.

c: I walk into a coffee shop, I see you, what are you most likely wearing?

Toni: Vintage always. A sun dress, or some denim.

c:Coffee culture is bigger than coffee, its about humanity. What message would you like to send to humanity this day?

Toni: Listen to people. Pay attention. Everyone has a story.

c: What ‘day’ is next on your calendar that you want the world to know about?

Toni: Every day is important!
