Atlanta, Georgia emptied it squares and filled the historic Ponce City Market for day one of the South East Regional Barista Competition. Seven men and one woman competed for the title with language that focused on the coffee – its processing, its notes of peppers, apples, hibiscus, and qualities of tea, orangesicle and the venerable affogato.
