A coffee farmer returns to the home of a Los Angeles roaster and this time with a seasonal coffee that does more than drink pretty. Finca Argentina from El Salvador is Bourbon – one of two main cultivars used to breed new coffees. For this installation from Alejandro Martinez, Finca Argentina comes with new ideas: his own which means for Martinez being more than just a farmer of coffees but of the land. Martinez’ self-created bio-char and liquid organic fertilizer are a two-step process in place, making the dance between a coffee bean and the land a more sustainable one. Taste the cherry. Café Demitasse x Finca Argentina.
